Thoughts on Communication

Firstly, you should know that I am not really a "heart on my sleeve" emotionally exposed kinda gal. I live my life. I have ups and downs. I don't find it necessary to SHARE everything with everyone. However, today, I had a mini philosophical revelation. I have been working on this whole communication thing lately. I figure that if I tell people what I want, need, like, or am confused by, then they are then armed with the information they need to interact with me better. No, I am not always right about stuff, but I just want you to try to see things from my perspective. So... this morning was one of those little moments where I saw my efforts rewarded. The details aren't really important. It was one of those everyday little things, but it meant a lot to me. I witnessed the glory of a proactive attitude, both on the part of myself and my wonderful husband. Yeah, I guess this semi-old girl can still learn a few new tricks.

Coffee Coffee Yummy... Giveaway at Leslie Loves Veggies!
